Utilization of waterfall methodologies can end up driving lower likelihood of success for the software development while the agile model moves you and your team close to the business and the organisation goals. But make sure you DO IT Right. If your focus is driving massive online community and driving more user adoption then you have to think differently and implement it.</description>
